Jerri was named a Top Coach by The Coach Foundation and a Real Estate Newsmaker \u2014 Thought Leader \u2014 by RISMedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Jerri is the author (with Ken Tutunjian) of <a href=\"https:\/\/jerriudelson.com\/book-publications\/\">two books<\/a>,\u00a0<em>Beyond the Sale \u2014 for Real Estate Agents: How to Create a Great Business and a Life You Love: Discover the Secrets to Success, Including Seven Keys from Top-Producing Agents,<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Beyond the Sale \u2014 The Companion Guide for Real Estate Managers and Team Leaders<\/em>.<\/li><li>Her coaching company,\u00a0<strong>Entrepreneurial Coaching and Consulting<\/strong>, helps entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, and real estate agents grow their businesses quickly and strategically, while also creating lives they love outside of work.<\/li><li>Clients have called her \u201c<em>direct and insightful,\u201d \u201cterrific to work with<\/em>,\u201d \u201c<em>very caring and intuitive<\/em>,\u201d and \u201c<em>warm, fun to talk to, and non-judgmental<\/em>.\u201d<\/li><li>In a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bostonbusinesswomen.com\/2023\/09\/bbw-member-interview-jerri-udelson\/\" target=\"_blank\">recent interview with Boston Business Women<\/a> (BBW) Jerri shares her background and the highlights and challenges of running her own business.<\/li><li>Prior to starting her coaching business, she was a consultant to startups in Boston and a health services administrator. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts.<\/li><li>Jerri is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. She has a B.S. degree in psychology from Tufts University and a Master\u2019s degree in health services administration from Yale University. She is a past vice-president of the International Coach Federation-New England and a past president of the Yale Club of New Mexico.<\/li><li>Jerri lives in Santa Fe, NM with her partner and their Siamese cats.
